In 2005 the American Dog Breeders Association Inc (ADBA) made the ADBA breed standards guide a copyright article because numerous goverment bodies, groups and experts across the world were using the ADBA breed guide to misidentify innocent family dogs as Pit Bull Type resulting in thousands of families being prosecuted in courts and their family pets being put to death. The ADBA immediately copyrighted the use of the guide to avoid the breed guide being used inncorrectly to murder family dogs and force court prosecutions on owners, the guide is only used by strict authorisation from ADBA in full or derived format, however it has recently came to light that Belfast City Council Dog Wardens Department fronted by Yolanda Elwood have for many years and continue to do so today use the copyrighted ADBA guide to seize and murder hundreds of family dogs each year and the council do so without authorisation to use this guide from ADBA Inc. ADBA Inc were recently made aware of Belfast City Council’s illegal use of the copyrighted ADBA breed guide and have since issued the BCC with cease and desist orders. So have you been taken to court and prosecuted for owning an apparent Pit Bull type dog? Has your innocent family dog been put to death by the councils dog dept using the ADBA breed standards guide in the last few years or more recently? If your dog has done no wrong, hurt no-one, harmed nothing then maybe you should look further into your case because BCC and the BCC’s over paid experts never had and never will be authorised to use the ADBA guide as a means to take you to court and have your beloved family pet put to death! Belfast City Council are in strict international copyright infringement and so may have killed your dog illegally!
